With one system administrator able to manage up to 300 employees, OCS HR supports the operation of over 170,000 people and 1,800 vessels, from tugs to tankers, research ships to drilling rigs. With the acquisitions of Onsoft (2016), Atlas Knowledge (2018), and Safebridge (2021), Mintra is headquartered in Bergen, Norway and has offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Aberdeen, Limassol, and Singapore.
