J’exerce depuis plus de dix ans dans le domaine de la santé et du bien-être. La plupart de mes études se sont faites à Montréal.

Les premières années, l’apprentissage et la maîtrise des techniques courantes, Suédois et Californien, se sont enrichis du massage traditionnel Thaïlandais, puissant, rythmé, profond, et aussi de l’influence de l’approche « Trager », facilitant le « lâcher prise ».
Puis, le drainage lymphatique ( Vodder ) m’a permis de mieux comprendre la fluidité, le mouvements des liquides.
S’ajoutent plusieurs années d’études en ostéopathie, en fasciathérapie, cranio-sacré. qui m’ont permises d’explorer la puissance de la douceur. Les mains écoutent, l’intension guide, pour libérer les tensions profondes en redonnant de la liberté au mouvement naturel des tissus du corps. L’importance de la conscience posturale, avec l’anatomie et la physiologie, base d’observation et de réflexion.

Actuellement, j’étudie la médecine chinoise, Qigong médical. L’humain, un corps physique, énergétique et spirituel.
Favoriser la libre circulation énergétique, éviter les stagnations, source de pathologies. Philosophie semblable en ostéopathie, stimuler le mouvement, des liquides, de l’électricité et des structures.

Durant mon parcours, dans plusieurs SPA du Québec, puis plusieurs années aux Antilles, j’ai dû apprendre à m’adapter.
Des cultures différentes, un rapport au corps différent.
Tous semblables et tous différents, le corps et l’âme sont indissociables.
La massothérapie reste une approche psycho corporelle.
