MentorWorks Education Capital provides a powerful fund and support approach to education for college and non-traditional students. We combine education financing and high-value career development into one package. MentorWorks will provide non-loan financing for higher education/bootcamps/non-traditional programs where students make payments based on a percentage of their future income for a fixed amount of time, and payments are capped at a maximum level - an innovative (outcome-based) approach called Income Share Agreements (ISAs).
MentorWorks also provides a structured, online and self-paced career enhancement tool, mentoring and networking opportunities for students, which can help them obtain internships and employment - and set them up for long term success through our Talent Accelerator Platform (TAP).
