Medfinders expanded into the physician staffing sector through its 2005 acquisition of Linde Healthcare (locum tenens) and Kendall & Davis (physician recruiting). The company’s strategy of selective acquisitions continued in 2006 with the acquisition of Club Staffing, a leading provider of temporary allied health professionals. Nursefinders was sold in 2007 to Goldman Sachs and Haas Wheat Partners.
