We came from different small businesses and felt the pain of finding quality content specialists in the market. Many platforms can provide quick matches yet quality was an issue. On top of that, having served as freelancers ourselves, we had the pain of not getting paid on time.
While we didn't have the year-round need or budget, outsourcing to agency or hiring full-time staff is not an option for us.
Worse yet, managing so many freelancers to keep track with their progress and availability ain't fun.
We decided to come up with a platform where businesses and manage and find their external workforce easily and keep the admin hassle with us.
