Material was started after the 2016 election hacks changed history and showed everyone everywhere the importance and fragility of our private data.

Material protects accounts even after they're compromised or harmful messages get through. It is entirely cloud-based, deploys in 30 minutes, and can be exclusively managed by the customer.

We count many of the world’s best security teams as our customers including Mars, Lyft, Flexport, Sonos, PagerDuty, and Roblox. Material has raised $62M to date from Andreessen Horowitz as well as legendary angel investors both inside and outside the security community.
