Markal is a family business founded in 1936 by Georges Markarian, specialised in the production, processing and commercialisation of products from organic agriculture. The group mainly commercialises bulk products that are not or only slightly processed ("raw food" products) and boasts an artisanal know-how through the manufacturing of pre-cooked cereal specialties.
