When you bank with us, we give you lots of ways to manage your money the way you want. For general enquiries, please call us on 0345 300 0000. This line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For new customers please call us on 0845 6049 956. This line is open from 8:30am to 6:30pm, Monday-Friday except on Public Holidays. Calls may be monitored or recorded.
