(Energy - Light - Inclusive –Sustainable - Affordable) and ELIoT is an intelligent solar streetlight that has the capacity to deploy a wireless WiFi network. (Energy - Light - Internet of Things). It has the capacity to deliver offline educational content and charge mobile devices.
