Life Line Screening specializes in comprehensive health screenings that are designed for prevention to identify signs of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. Our mission is to provide community-level access to preventive healthcare with easy-to-understand test results to share with your doctor. Based on your risk factors such as family history, age, or pre-existing health conditions, we will help you identify medical screenings that are right for you. As the leading provider of preventive health screenings in the United States, we use non-invasive advanced ultrasound equipment (the same as the equipment found in hospitals) to take images of your vascular system to determine plaque buildup, or other health risks. All screenings are administered by trained medical professionals. Board-certified physicians review each result before sending to you to share with your doctor. There are 3 types of preventive health screenings: Ultrasound, Full Blood Panel Exams, and Electrocardiographs (EKG). These exams screen for risk for: Heart Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Carotid Artery Disease (Atherosclerosis), Atrial Fibrillation, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA), Osteoporosis/ Bone Density, Peripheral Arterial Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Type 2 Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Lung Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Thyroid Disease, Colorectal Cancer, Chronic Kidney Disease, Elevated Liver Enzymes, Vitamin D Deficiency, and Testosterone Deficiency.
