We at LEAP believe that the challenge of the skills gap can only be resolved if we recognize that industry requirements and aspirations that determine student choices are both sides of the same coin. LEAP aims to follow a demand-based, regional approach and understanding skill requirements of employers as well as career aspirations of students. LEAP will focus on providing both life-long skills as well as sector specific skills to students allowing them to create careers of their own choice.
Education for Employment is LEAP's flagship course. LEAP through "Education for Employment" aims to address this important issue by skilling students in order to bridge the gap between the skills that students have and those that are required to make them employable.
