Leantime is a Lean based project management system; taking the functional approaches of Lean canvas and agile project management and housing them into one system to create a cohesive team and project management environment. While our initial customer is for startups and investors, we recognize that Lean is not limited to startups. Companies often struggle to implement Lean into their knowledge work because it can be limited in its standardization. We aren’t looking for standardization of our projects, we’re looking for the iterative process that allows us to Plan, Do, Check and Act.
