Healthcare reform, an aging population, a higher incidence of chronic disease, and a LeanTaaS is a software company that uses lean principles, machine learning, and predictive analytics to digitally transform core operational processes in healthcare. This transformation increases patient access, decreases wait times, improves staff satisfaction, reduces healthcare delivery costs, and improves operational performance. LeanTaaS's cloud-based iQueue platform mathematically matches the demand for expensive, constrained healthcare resources – operating rooms, infusion chairs, inpatient beds, etc. – with supply. Over 110 health systems across the nation – including the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, OhioHealth, Stanford Health Care, UCSF Health, UCHealth, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, NewYork-Presbyterian, and Wake Forest Baptist Health – rely on iQueue to transform operational performance.
The company currently has three products in market:
iQueue for Infusion Centers: Over 400 infusion centers – including more than 70% of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network and over 50% of National Cancer Institute members – rely on iQueue for Infusion Centers to increase access, decrease patient wait time, and lower healthcare delivery costs.
iQueue for Operating Rooms: Over 200 hospitals across more than 40 health systems – totaling more than 2,100 ORs – rely on iQueue for Operating Rooms to maximize OR access by optimizing Block and Open Time. This includes four of the country’s ten largest health systems and over 60% of the top performing hospitals per U.S. News & World Report.
iQueue for Inpatient Beds: iQueue for Inpatient Beds drives daily inpatient capacity management decisions at all levels from a single operations-focused source of truth, including discharge and admissions predictions for each unit by time of day. It also surfaces admission bottlenecks by service and level of care and highlights high-impact transfers, helping you create space for the right patient at the right time.
Mission: We use advanced data science to solve tough operational problems in healthcare.
