LeafTech develops smart shading systems that help reduce energy consumption, ancillary costs, and CO2 emissions from buildings.
We analyze the energy balance at the window, correlate it with the behavior of the building users, and then offer our customers the most economical and technically optimal solution adapted to the prevailing conditions.
The three original co-founders, Anjan Kumar, Sasan Zahirnia, and Michael Dittel, met in summer 2014 during a summer school for entrepreneurship and climate protection. After five weeks, which were intensive in all respects, it was clear that the concept for energy-efficient shading systems developed during this time should be continued and further developed. Since winter 2016 Victor Pettelkau strengthens the team by designing and developing LeafTech’s digital solutions.
