In more commercially competitive economies, we see information technology enhance diagnostic capabilities, data management, population health monitoring and more Within sub-Saharan Africa, we are also seeing an increase in the adoption of technology to automate processes in many sectors. However, healthcare has unfortunately not enjoyed the same level of attention and investment until now. As the global community reacts to the current COVID19 pandemic, these underdeveloped healthcare infrastructures are laid bare. There is a cultural and social transformation taking place and we are determined to play a leading role in this technological revolution within the healthcare domain and our region of focus, primarily. Digitalize: We strengthen the management of health data within medical facilities by delivering an intuitive, web-based Electronic Medical Records solution that empowers health workers to deliver essential ambulatory services with minimal learning effort. Connect: We increase the health care recipients’ awareness and access to fundamental health services by incentivizing the use of our patient portal for an improved experience every time they come into contact with the healthcare network. Standardize: We introduce transparency and efficiency in key clinical processes such as staff performance, billing, incident management, reporting and telehealth to help medical facilities optimize their activities and avoid missed revenue. By focusing on the above objectives, we will increase healthcare access and quality significantly across the regions we serve.
