Founded in 1989 and based in Mappano (Turin), Kintek is an international Group active in the design, production and distribution of precision mechanical engineering components, such as toolholders, chucks, clamps and other accessories. Today, Kintek serves more than 1,700 customers spread across almost all geographic areas, ranging from distributors to OEM tool and machine tool manufacturers, operating in different end markets (general mechanics, mechatronics, medical, aeronautics, agriculture...).
Aksìa Group (through Aksìa Capital V) acquired a majority stake in Kintek to create a hub of excellence in the precision mechanics sector, both by continuing the consolidation process undertaken in Italy and abroad and by broadening the product portfolio. Furthermore, the growth plan envisages a managerialisation process, the strengthening of the commercial strategy, and the completion of the integration process of the companies that are part of the Group with the aim of fully exploiting synergies at both the production and commercial level.
