Kimin serves on the Board of Commissioners for Gunung Raja Paksi, Tbk which is Indonesia’s largest privately-owned steel manufacturing company. Under Kimin’s leadership, GRP successfully listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in 2019 and he initiated a transformation of the company by bringing in a world-class management and operations team through a strategic cooperation with China’s largest steel companies to further enhance the management and operational capabilities. In recognition of his contributions to the local steel industry, Kimin was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Iron and Steel Association.
Kimin is a serial entrepreneur and business leader who has founded multiple businesses. Kimin has leveraged his global and regional business connections, visionary business acumen and deep operational expertise to establish partnerships with world-class companies in the steel and cement industry, top-tier financial institutions and capital markets, to seize on opportunities in Asia and the world.
Kimin completed his Bachelor of Industrial Management from Cornell University and serves as the President of the Wushu Federation DKI, Indonesia. He is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Hokkien and Bahasa Indonesia.
