Jumuia Hospitals

Nestled in the Kaimosi Forest the Jumuia Friends Kaimosi hospital offers a serene environment coupled with a clean, friendly, professional services becomes a great environment for patients seeking medical help. In the month of April, Friends United Meeting (FUM) and the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK) signed a take over agreement where the NCCK has now taken over the management of the Friends Hospital Kaimosi now renamed the Jumuia Friends Hospital Kaimosi. The hospital becomes the first of a network of health care ministry across the country called the Jumuia Hospitals. Under the agreement the NCCK will refurbish, equip and upgrade the hospital. The more than 75 bed capacity referral hospital was built over 100 years ago. Once fully operational the hospital is expected to drastically reduce medical expenses through offering high quality services at affordable rates. Jumuia Hospital will leverage on partnerships with other players in the region including and not limited to the government, corporates, insurance agencies and non- government organization that are operating in western Kenya and its environs. Our goal is to enforce God's will by giving proper loving care to all that God brings our way.
