ILC Africa was established as an on-the-ground local resource to provide solutions in Africa for Africa. Since its founding in 2006 in West Africa (Accra, Ghana), ILC Africa has promoted people, programs, and projects. This solution has helped decision-makers affect positive change across education, health, agriculture, technology, governance, water, gender, youth and environment.

ILC Africa has a presence in North Africa (Khartoum, Sudan) and East Africa (Kampala, Uganda), and a network of affiliate offices in over 18 countries in Africa. Our stakeholders represent a diverse group of international development firms, non-profit organizations, multi-lateral organizations, national governments, private sector companies, and African citizens. We utilize our vast network of on-the-ground local staff and consultants to offer the following service lines:
