UvA JobService BV and HvA JobService arrange staff secondments for the University of Amsterdam, the University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam and other academic institutions. The UvA and HvA mainly uses the services provided by Jobservice to meet staff shortages resulting from illness or temporary peaks in workload. JobService personnel is also seconded to a varied range of projects to carry out specialised activities on a temporary basis.
