Improvement starts with a conversation Today, our product is made up of two integrated parts. 1. Feedback Collection To collect qualitative responses, Hubert - a chatbot interview facilitator is used as a replacement to tedious surveys. Students engage Hubert in a short conversation about how the course is working and what could be done to improve it. Just like a real interview facilitator, Hubert can ask follow up questions and customize the conversation to the respondent. 2. Text Analytics Every comment that has been collected by Hubert goes through our text mining engine where it is processed, categorized and analyzed. The user is presented with automatically sorted comments in corresponding categories according to consensus. Categories with many related comments are highlighted to give a quick sense of where the teachers? strengths and improvable areas lie.
