Hitch Health is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and is focused on creating and delivering health solutions that remove barriers for all patients – regardless of economic or social circumstances.
The first product is a software product that integrates with any appointment-based system and any transportation service to seamlessly remove transportation barriers and reduce “no show” rates by automatically syncing ride requests with medical appointments. The software applies filters to determine who is eligible for a ride, and then provides the ride offer through text messaging. There is no staff intervention and as a result is a very scaleable product.
It is the only non-emergency healthcare transportation company with a patent-pending, proprietary technology.
