Hidden Harvest is a non-for-profit initiative that raises awareness about food waste and its related environmental and social problems. By up-cycling food that would not normally reach the consumers plate, Hidden Harvest generates discussion around food waste at various pop-up events. Linking its guests to surplus and disadvantaged foods Hidden Harvest inspires and engages people to change their attitudes towards food in their everyday routine.
