Headquartered in Singapore, the HEMO Group is a fast-growing platform company that offers innovative neuro- and peripheral interventional medical devices to improve the health and quality of life of patients. Our portfolio of neuro-interventional products covers ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke and neuro access. In China, we are a leading provider in terms of the types of mechanical thrombectomy products for ischemic stroke, and we also pioneered Afentta® – the first domestic aspiration catheter to be approved by China’s NMPA and commercialized. Our peripheral interventional products cover both vascular and non-vascular interventions. Our proprietary, one-of-its-kind hemorrhoid cooling balloon is a self-administered medical device that employs only physical mechanisms to alleviate the symptoms of internal and mixed hemorrhoids, eliminating the need for medication or ingredients that may be associated with side effects. Our global R&D resources also include R&D centres in Singapore, China and the U.S. as well as a network of key opinion leaders and industry experts. In China, we have established manufacturing facilities in Weihai and offices in Beijing and Shanghai. We were founded by Dr. Jack Wang, an industry veteran and seasoned entrepreneur who previously served as CEO for Biosensors International Group (formerly listed on the Singapore Exchange’s Mainboard) and JW Medical Systems – one of China’s top three coronary drug-eluting stent companies. Our core leadership team comprises a seasoned team of industry veterans who hail from established MNCs and Fortune 500 companies in the medtech/medical device space.
