Gyrometric Systems has developed MDS2™, a patent protected system of hardware and software. MDS2™ monitors the vibrations in rotating shafts at both high and low speeds and can detect minute irregularities in their motion. The system then analyses the data to predict potential mechanical failure in the shafts and the motors, bearings and couplings attached to them.
