Climater is a leading player in the French heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) market, where it offers installation and maintenance services. We aimed to create a multiregional player from Quercy Confort, a family-owned group (2007-2011) that went nationwide (2011-2017), thanks to a targeted external growth strategy aimed at networking the territory, acquiring regional proximity and developing additional services offering. We also aimed to maintain the good historical profitability of Quercy Confort within the group by creating high-quality centralized support services and promoting best operating and administrative practices within the group to support the national Climater brand within the network as a whole. During the first four years of support for the group which brought it to a leadership position in the French market, Bee Up Capital contributed to the launch of a dynamic acquisition program making it possible to widen geographical coverage, capture markets inaccessible with its initial size (airports, hospitals, shopping malls, residential housing, etc.) and to diversify its customer base. Bee Up capital worked on an organization focus on maintenance and engineering, strengthened the skills of transverse structures (including implementing ERP centralising purchasing) and improved the performance of the acquired companies through an exchange of best y, practices. Ultimatly, Climater was able to triple its turnover from 2007 to 2011 and then double it again from 2011 to 2017.
