Allan Lim, Operations Director Allan has over 20 years’ experience in project and resource management in the electronics and mobile communications industry, and brings excellent communication and leadership skills in managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Responsible for end-to-end operations, Allan oversees the manufacturing and delivery functions of to the customers. Lim Poh Lea, Finance Director Mr Lim has more than 25 years of working experience in external audit, internal audit, accounting and financial management positions with extensive regional experience in Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Prior to gridComm, he worked 9 years in China for Whitford Group which makes the largest, most complete line of fluoropolymer coatings in the world, and another 4 years in China as a financial controller for the China biggest diesel engines manufacturer, China Yuchai Limited which was listed in New York Stock Exchange (NYSE-CYD).
