GreyStone Power Corporation (GSP) is a member-owned electric cooperative dedicated to providing our members with the best electric service at the lowest possible rates while serving more than 123,000 residential, commercial and industrial members throughout eight counties west of Atlanta (Bartow, Carroll, Cobb, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton and Paulding). The utility operates more than 7,000 miles of power lines and offers natural gas services through a partnership with Gas South. GreyStone also offers members credit union, residential and commercial security, and surge protection services. Facebook is not monitored 24/7, so a response may not be immediate. We do our best to reply as quickly as possible. The page is monitored continuously weekdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST. During a major storm event, periodic updates will be posted. 2. Please do not report electric power outages on this page. All outages should be reported either by calling 1-866-473-9786, online at greystonepower.com, or by using the GreyStone Outage Helper app. Tickets will need to be properly generated for specific locations in order to dispatch crews promptly. 3. If you have a member service related issue with your account, our staff will be available to assist you Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. You may also contact them at your convenience at memberservices@greystonepower.com. 4. For your safety, please do not post your account number, physical address, or any other confidential information on this page. If you wish to alert members about an outage area, please keep the location very general. 5. Profanity, hate speech and personal attacks are prohibited. 6. No solicitation.
