Headquartered in Columbia, MO, the company is led by former executives of Battenfeld Technologies, Inc. (“Battenfeld”), a Fund II portfolio company acquired by Clearview in 2012 and subsequently sold to American Outdoor Brands Corporation (NASDAQ: AOBC) in December 2014.
