Good Deal has invented and patented the “Offers Machine”, an interactive kiosk located in the front of supermarkets that enables customers to receive targeted coupons based on their purchasing habits. The solution integrates the kiosk hardware and software and the software for managing promotional campaigns and the kiosk contents. The system can also be used by mobiles through an app totally integrated with the channels software in order to make the most of multi-channel configurations.
