PCP Transition is pleased to announce the close of a tailored financing which will support renewable energy developer and operator, GoldenPeaks Capital (“GPC”), and the continued build out of their renewable energy business in Poland. The financing will fund the construction of a circa 90 MWp solar PV portfolio across two sites and support GPC in reaching their 2024 target of 1 GW of additional solar PV build out in Poland. Construction will commence in early 2024 and the portfolio is expected to be fully operational and contributing to Poland’s net-zero targets within the year. “We view this facility with GPC as the start of a long term partnership between our two companies as we work together to accelerate the decarbonization of one of the most carbon intensive power systems in Europe.
