Welcome to our online community! We're here to share our passion for beauty with people around the world (that's you!) from NYC to Paris to London to Stockholm to Berlin. We hope to inspire your love of beauty and share our expert tips and insight on all things related. So get engaged, join the conversation, and above all, have fun while you're here. HOUSE RULES (What's GLOSSY and what's not) Even though social never really sleeps, we do. In order to service you guys as quickly as possible, please keep in mind that we’re here Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. We welcome free and open discussions on all things beauty related. However, our community is a positive place, please help us keep it that way by following these three easy tips. 1. R-E-S-P-E-C-T: We love when people have different points of view and join in on conversations by sharing photos, insights, and tips. You guys truly inspire us! Like all positive platforms, we ask that you be respectful to yourself and the other women here so that everyone can feel welcome and supported. Respect yourselves, respect each other, and respect us (please). We hate to do it, but if hateful, offensive, or obscene comments are posted we have no choice but to delete them and in some instances block the user. 2. PATIENCE: We want to answer all your questions as best and as fast as we can, but please keep in mind that those of us that manage the social channels don't have access to your personal information so we can't answer your questions regarding your subscription and accounts. We do however have an awesome team of customer service experts that can answer any question you could think of like where your box is, issues with delivery, and discrepancies with your account.
