Global Harvest Foods was founded in 1982 by Fred Mills in a residential basement. He was joined by his brothers Ed and Eric within a few years. The company has now become a leading producer of wild and domestic bird food and small pet products in the USA with a National footprint and a broad and diversified market base in multiple channels including pet stores and grocery chains, mass merchants, farm feed supply stores and hardware/club resalers.
