Smart-e is focused on not just solving the last-mile connectivity issue, but it also pays attention to the commuter's safety, people empowerment, and reduced pollution.
The drivers are coached on how to drive, while the complete process is micromanaged where details of timings, routes, as well as the e-vehicle battery in use, is taken care of.
