All of the food is locally sourced, organically grown, prepped in our commissary kitchen, then assembled on site at our food carts.
We strive to be a ZERO waste company; meaning almost no food goes to waste and all the material used like boxes, forks, knives, spoons and napkins are made from recycled material and are 100% compostable.
We want to provide an affordable lunch alternative to the downtown Financial District office crowd where there are limited restaurants and even more limited seating.
This means not only a quick and very healthy lunch that's a grab-and-go for the average office goer but also gourmet, fine dining quality food as soon as they open the box.
