Our approach to drug discovery generates significant insights into disease biology and allows us to think creatively about the best way to modulate and balance gene expression. Our initial areas of focus are facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), sickle cell disease (SCD) and beta thalassemia.
