FluxWorks is a HUBZone-certified developer and manufacturer of magnetic gears and magnetic gear integrated motors/generators. We work closely with clients to design, construct, and implement a magnetically geared motor solution that replaces mechanical gears or direct-drive motors currently used in today’s market. FluxWorks’ business model to the commercial sector is the direct sale of our plug-n-play magnetically geared motors via purchase order and shipment, and for the government defense / intelligence customers, FluxWorks will respond to contract and procurement solicitations for drone motors posted on SAM.gov and defense logistics agency (DLA) internet bid board system (DIBBS) through its FluxWorks SBA (small business administration) vendor account. Our value proposition is to provide our customers with a low-weight, reliable, lubrication-free, low O&M cost, self-healing magnetically geared motors that can provide thrust quietly to fill an unmet need in the market.
