Emerge Career is an online job training platform that provides customized post-secondary certificate-based vocational training programs. The platform is designed to help individuals who have been incarcerated or are currently incarcerated, as well as those who receive SNAP benefits. Emerge Career’s technology is corrections-compatible and can be deployed even in offline environments.
The platform has been successful in creating jobs for reentrants, workers for labor-starved industries, and reducing crime and recidivism. Emerge Career’s pre-release job training has landed $3.2M seed and new state contracts.
