El Dorado Packaging is a recently formed company with manufacturing roots that go back to the 1950s. El Dorado Bag began working with consumer packaging, and the manufacturing of Self Opening Sacks (SOS), in the 1950s. In 1962 two multi-wall facilities opened, focusing on the large bag market. These two companies became El Dorado Packaging in 2014 with headquarters in Rosemount, Minnesota.
El Dorado Packaging has grown into three manufacturing facilities, earning its reputation as a leading manufacturer of custom packaging solutions.
