We want this to be a happy, respectful and welcoming community, so we do have a few house rules that we ask you to stick to (nothing scary, just a few gentle dos and don'ts).

We do reserve the right to remove posts and ban users in circumstances where the following guidelines have not been adhered to, and all posts containing profanities will be automatically removed.

Inappropriate content – Keep it clean, folks! Swearing, racism, sexism and obscene or pornographic content will not be tolerated. Content of this nature will be deleted and you may be banned from posting further comments. We will also not accept posts that are libellous, threatening or include confidential information or advertisement.

Inappropriate behaviour – Spamming, trolling and similar activity including but not limited to repeatedly posting identical links or comments on the page, posting unrelated information on other user’s posts and posts intending to cause offence/distress will not be tolerated. Content of this nature will be deleted and you may be banned from posting further comments.

No personal information – This is an open page and therefore we must stress that you refrain from sharing personal information publicly. This includes but is not limited to your e-mail address, home address, telephone number, credit card details or account number.

Keep discussion of account details private - The sharing of this information can endanger your account security. This includes but is not limited to details of conversations with customer service representatives or transactions on your account.

Represent yourself - please do not post in the forum on behalf of another company, or as a company acting as though it is part of EE, Orange or T-Mobile.
