We emulate the dairy experience, without the cow. Animal-free dairy that’s good for people and the planet.
Eden Brew was formed under Main Sequence’s venture science model, which starts by identifying a global challenge and brings together science and industry to solve it. We are also backed by Australia’s largest dairy co-operative Norco and CSIRO. Eden Brew was created to help build a sustainable food future by creating a dairy solution that is environmentally sustainable and less resource-intensive.
Using science from CSIRO, Eden Brew has found a way to produce the same proteins found in cow’s milk using precision fermentation, essentially enabling us to ‘brew’ our milk.
