Net Zero-Modernisierungen setzen auf industrielle Vorfertigung, modulare Bauweise und hocheffiziente Energiesysteme, um Mehrfamilienhäuser mit bis zu vier Stockwerken innerhalb weniger Wochen zu sanieren: So erzeugt ein von uns modernisiertes Haus über das Jahr gerechnet mindestens so viel Strom, wie seine Mieter für Raumwärme, Warmwasser und Haushaltsstrom verbrauchen.
