Dynamic42 GmbH is company highly specialized in the controlled, standardized and scalable production and development of human Organ-on-Chip technology. Our biochip-based microphysiological platform can be used to screen new pharmaceutical compounds, chemicals and nutritional supplements as well as it is possible to set up specific disease models to test new therapy options. Our well characterized organ models show typical cell type-specific morphology, marker expression, certain physiologic functions and are highly scalable in cell type complexity. Here, Dynamic42 is specialized in integrating components of the immune system like tissue-resident macrophages or circulating immune cells into organ-on-chip technology. Dynamic42 Organ-on-Chip technology contributes to obtain scientific data closer related to human physiology and can be used in a variety of scientific and pharmaceutic research fields.
