Redistributing product in less-than-truckload quantities to distributors for over 60 years, Dot Foods is the first and largest food industry redistributor in the U.S.
Started by Robert and Dorothy Tracy in the small Midwestern town of Mt. Sterling, Illinois, Dot now delivers to all 50 states and over 50 countries. Dot employs more than 6,400 individuals and treats each employee like family. As a vital part of that family unit, we want to ensure our employees feel included and respected for their differing ideas and roles. We both appreciate those opinions and count on them as a key part of our success.
Our corporate headquarters is still located in Mt. Sterling, but we also have 12 distribution centers in the U.S.; a corporate sales office in St. Louis, Missouri; two locations in Canada; and a joint venture in Mexico.
U.S. Locations:
1. Ardmore, Oklahoma
2. Bear, Delaware
3. Bullhead City, Arizona
4. Burley, Idaho
5. Cambridge City, Indiana
6. Chicago, Illinois
7. Dyersburg, Tennessee
8. Liverpool, New York
9. Modesto, California
10. Mt. Sterling, Illinois
11. St. Louis, Missouri
12. Vidalia, Georgia

Although these locations are spread out across North America, each practices our brand promise every day: Trusted Values. Innovative Solutions. Shared Growth.® This message is as true today as it was when the Tracys built the business. Robert and Dorothy instilled a set of values that serve as the cornerstone of our business model. And these values promise to provide innovative solutions for our business partners to ensure their problems, both big and small, are solved. In the end, we don’t succeed unless our employees are happy and our partners grow their businesses alongside ours.
If you work for us or join Dot Foods as a partner, you can be sure that we will take care of our relationship and ensure it flourishes.
