The usual job boards are, to be fair, out of date. Job titles like Sales Ops Specialist, SEO Intern, Executive Clerk or perhaps Pentester Intern (had to google this one) could be quite misleading or simply confusing for students and surely most won't type them inside a job search box. Also ghosting, obviously a demotivating event that has happened to probably every one of them. DING guarantees a response by nudging employers to answer thus providing them with more info about the candidate. Employers have better reach, targeted audience, advanced filtering options, etc. Also, there is a bot to help them go through first interviews and hand-pick fit juniors while the communication is done in a friendly way for juniors, meaning in app messenger. The whole experience feels comfortable as you scroll through the feed of job ads that is tailor-made to fit your needs like field of interest or education. The algorithm also steps in and offers you, from time to time, other job ads that perhaps do not match your inputs to eliminate potential misunderstanding or simply to broaden your horizons. The guys from DING have already conquered local markets and are now trying to feed the solution-hungry HR personnel worldwide. Pun intended.
