Detector Inspector is a specialised company that is dedicated to the annual servicing and maintenance of smoke detectors for your safety. We complement our smoke alarm servicing with the installation of new smoke detectors and the replacement of faulty smoke detectors or smoke detectors with expired guarantees. Detector Inspector was first established in early 2005 when the need for a smoke alarm service was identified by real estate agents. As one of the original providers in our industry we aim to provide peace of mind to real estate agents and landlords by reducing the likelihood of a negligence claim. Our Commitment Our commitment is to provide a professional, hassle free smoke alarm service, which is structured with the occupant’s safety as our number one goal, while protecting managing agents and landlords from possible litigation. House Rules The Detector Inspector Facebook page provides a community for people to discuss all matters related to home fire safety. As a family-friendly community space it is Detector Inspectors policy that any comments or posts to the page which are deemed likely to offend will not be tolerated and will be removed. This includes posts or comments with instances of swearing, bullying, disrespect, defamation, spamming, trolling or inappropriate links or images. Community participants featuring profile pictures that are deemed likely to offend may also be unable to post to or interact with the page. Detector Inspector also reserves the right to block any users who are in significant or ongoing breech of these house rules.
