DeRE dao is a Decentralized Real Estate Group that aims to provide decentralized and autonomous governance and operations of Real Estate holdings. Members propose and vote on property criteria which creates a subdao and fractionalizes fundraising through NFT minting of the specific property. People who own the NFT for a specific property are able to vote on the management and operations of the property and receive dividends for the rental income. Delegates of the DAO are elected who have real estate skills and experience and can cary out the real world tasks of buying and operating real estate.
