DeliverLean is a gourmet meal service that delivers fresh, perfectly portioned, amazingly affordable meals straight to your doorstep. At DeliverLean, we make it convenient for you to live a healthy and balanced life. Our menu is constantly changing, with new and exciting meals from the DeliverLean Five-Star Chefs, but still highly regulated by our on-staff dietitian.
We offer five different meal plans that include traditional, organic, paleo, gluten-free and HCG. The DeliverLean Programs consist mainly of lean protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. Each meal is always meticulously measured, calorie counted, and prepared fresh for you daily; leaving you with only two obligations – eat & enjoy.
The best part about our program is the fact that we give you options. We give each of our client’s access to their own personal nutritional liaison, to customize the meal plan of their choice, in order to meet their own individual likes, dislikes, and any other nutritional needs. Whatever your goal may be, your nutritional liaison will do whatever they can to make sure you accomplish it. Weight-loss, weight-gain, or just improvement of overall health in general; we will help you every step of the way by eliminating all of the planning, prepping, and guesswork.
DeliverLean also offers a series of healthy cooking classes to help teach and inspire the South Florida community to create easy and simple healthy recipes from scratch. Taught by our Master Chefs, classes are from 6:30 - 8:00pm.
