Cyber-RT is a free community service project. Our main aim is to revive the Rukun Tetangga concept in Malaysia for the Internet age - where everyone looks out for each other to reduce neighbourhood security risks, by using 24/7 video monitoring with CCTV and old smartphone cameras.
