After her child was diagnosed with severe food allergies, Cybele Pascal went on a mission to create “better for you” recipes, free from the top allergens but also superbly delicious. These recipes became The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook, often featured on Martha Stewart where Cybele would teach Martha how to make allergen-free and better-for-you baked goods. Cybele then turned the most popular cookbook recipes (her amazing cookies) into Cybele’s Free-to-Eat which are now available nationwide at retailers such as Whole Foods and Walmart.
